What Is the Impact of COVID-19 on My Order?
Order are processing normally, but please know that we are taking the upmost precaution for our employees during this sensitive time.
One approach we are taking is drastically limiting the amount of contact we have with other outside parties. We have also limited the days on which we send out our orders. Orders are currently being shipped on Friday and Sunday.

We have recently noticed a trend where packages that are shipped by USPS are skipping scans after drop off and scanning in at later destination. If you notice that your USPS package has not moved for more than a week after shipping, please send us an email and we will be more than happy to check on this with the carrier for you.
What kind of payments do we accept?
We current accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal.
We want to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible.
Therefore, we are unable to cancel orders or make changes to your order if it has been more than 30 mins after it has been placed.
Majority of items are restocked within a week of selling out. If an item is not in stock, please check back later.
Items marked as Limited Edition may not be restocked.

How do I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, click the Track Order link in the footer of the page. You will need to provide your order number and email address.
All emails are sent to the email that you have provided so please ensure that the address is valid. If you do not see any emails from us, please check your email spam filter.
Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, please allow 3-5 days for tracking information to start showing up in the system.
Most orders that are cancelled are due to billing information not being verified.
On rare occasions, an order may be canceled due to an item being out of stock.

When will you ship my item(s) after my order has been placed?
After your order has been placed, it immediately goes through a process of verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. This process typically takes 2-3 business days, but can take up to 5 business days.
During peak times such as holiday seasons and public holidays, this may take longer.
All shipped packages are assigned a tracking number that you will receive via email once your order has been processed.
Delivery typically takes 7-20 business days. Delivery times may be a little longer during the holiday season.
We source our products from all over the world and as a result we have several different shipping facilities across the world!
Depending on where your item(s) are housed, the shipping time will vary but most items are delivered within the 7-20 business days mentioned.
In the unlikely event that your order has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us at support@SoulImpactful.com so that we may assist you regarding the status of your order.
We service customers all over the world and in doing so, we are subject to the customs and regulations of each country we ship to.
Due to couriers and customs inspections, orders can take longer than the estimated 20 business days to receive.
