***COVID SHIPPING UPDATE***
We have recently noticed a trend where packages that are shipped by USPS are skipping scans after drop off and scanning in at later destination. If you notice that your USPS package has not moved for more than a week after shipping, please send us an email and we will be more than happy to check on this with the carrier for you.
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment method for the purchase.
When we receive your order, we will begin processing your order for shipment, which includes verification, quality check and packaging. Orders are processed and shipped (within 2-5 business days) Monday-Friday only.
If for some unforeseen reason, your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME: (*does not include the 5-7 day processing time):
This refers to the time after an order is shipped to the time it arrives at its destination.
Delivery typically takes 7-20 business days, depending on your exact location. For international deliveries, the shipping time may vary due to customs.
For US-based deliveries most packages will arrive via USPS, although we do also work with UPS, Fedex, and DHL.
For international orders, most packages will be delivered with the local postal service but we do also deliver internationally with DHL.
If you require faster shipping, please send an email BEFORE placing an order so that we can go over options with you.
Once we've processed your order, we will send you tracking information to the e-mail address you provide when checking out.
